A giant collapsible clothesline, a 3 times enlarged version of the one you dry clothes with.
The giant mill, a huge symbolic cross actually, expresses my relationship with the immensely personal aspect suggested by clothes,
combined with small crosses aside Flemish country-roads that signify tragic accidents. In a basement nearby I've stacked clothes by color
(like paint on a palette), like a kind of 'tomb'. The shelfs they're on have collapsed, like they were hit by a car.
