"Mijn Stiefvader" (My Stepfather) will be removed
from www.yvanderweduwe.com.

The severe psychological tension of "Mijn Stiefvader"
has generated some emotional reactions.

The work won't be displayed on the web anymore,
but will continue to be shown in an artistic context or museums.

Other side of the story
Yvan, I thank you sincerely for removing the pictures and footage of my father from this public place. I can somehow bring myself to respect why you felt you had to do it, but as explained found it hard to explain this to grandchildren (my 3 kids) of the person whose face is being shot away and whose "real" face you claim to uncover.
